Bob Stasio currently serves as our Global Cyber Fusion Center (CFC) lead as well as the Interim Chief Information Security Officer. Bob is a seasoned security executive with over 20 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT operations, and risk management across global enterprises. Most recently, he was CIO/CISO at an EdTech SaaS company, where he led major IT transformations and security enhancements. Prior to that, he held senior cybersecurity leadership roles at DuPont and IBM.
Earlier in his career, Bob served as a Captain in the U.S. Army and at the National Security Agency (NSA), including a combat deployment to Iraq where he was awarded the Bronze Star Medal. He also holds the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) credential.

Ian Gray is the Senior Director of Research and Analysis at Flashpoint, where he focuses on cybercrime intelligence. Ian actively researches cybercriminal fraud venues and misuse of new and emerging technologies. He holds a Master’s degree from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs, where he studied cyber policy. Ian is also an adjunct professor at Fordham University’s Cybersecurity Program, where he teaches a course on technology and policy.

Matt Hayden serves as GDIT’s vice president of cyber and emerging threats. As a senior cyber executive within GDIT’s Intelligence and Homeland Security division, he is responsible for fostering trusted relationships with industry partners and key cyber executive government leadership, delivering cyber growth strategies, and advancing the company’s cyber thought leadership.
Hayden has more than 25 years of experience in emerging technology and cyber policy. Previously, Hayden served as the Assistant Secretary for Cyber, Infrastructure, Risk and Resilience Policy at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. He led the policy development for department-wide efforts to reduce national risks with a focus on artificial intelligence, critical infrastructure cybersecurity, federal network security and cyber-crime. Hayden’s efforts played a critical role in improving the security and strength of the global cyber ecosystem. Additionally, he served as an expert advisor on cyber, infrastructure, risk and resilience issues to the undersecretary, secretary, and other high-level officials.
Hayden previously served as Senior Advisor to the Director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, and Deputy Assistant Secretary for the Private Sector within the Office of Partnership and Engagement at the DHS. In these roles, Hayden served as a senior leader of the department and as a voice for industry within government, advising on the impact of the policies, regulations, and processes on private sector companies. He also enhanced partnerships and strategic communications to help the public and private sectors jointly meet their shared responsibilities for protecting and strengthening the nation’s critical infrastructure cyber threats.

Ryan Mille Ryan is a Sr. Director at Target Corporation, where he leads Cyber Threat Intel Operations including Threat Intel, Fraud Intel, Reverse Engineering & Intel Tooling. Collectively, these teams proactively track cyber threats across the landscape, including the capabilities, methodologies, tactics and operations of threat groups, and provide operational and strategic analysis for partners.

Steven Weinstein has over a decade of experience in threat intelligence, malware analysis, and incident response, as both a producer and consumer of intelligence. Prior to joining Flashpoint, Steven helped form the threat intelligence and incident response disciplines for a major global financial institute and then joined and helped grow another threat intelligence startup, where he focused on malware research, data breach analysis, and threat actor tracking. Steven then joined Flashpoint over eight years ago and now leads our intelligence department by overseeing our intel operations and all aspects of the intel cycle.
